Return Policy

We hope you love every piece from MODAÉ Boutique, but if something doesn’t feel quite right you can request a return.

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging still attached.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as intimates or earrings) may be non‑returnable; this will be indicated on the product page.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are not covered by MODAÉ Boutique and will be deducted from your refund or paid directly to the carrier, depending on your location and the return method used.

Refunds & store credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you by email. Depending on the situation and the condition of the item, we will look together at the best solution — this can be a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange where possible.

Items returned outside the 14‑day window or not in original condition may not be accepted.
